Sprints

A quarterly 5-day event planned to promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing among non-profit organizations. The event aims to facilitate the effective utilization of technology in the non-profit sector while also providing opportunities for participants to learn from each other.

To facilitate interaction and collaboration between NGOs, we keep sprints semi-structured with ample free time between planned sessions, allowing participants to connect and engage with each other.

Upcoming Sprints

10th to 14th April 2023

Unconference model

We follow participant-driven conference model/unconference for Sprints. To facilitate interaction and collaboration between NGOs, we keep sprints semi-structured with ample free time between planned sessions, allowing participants to connect and engage with each other.

Cost for the Sprints

We will cover the expenses related to accommodation and food during the event. Participating NGOs will be responsible for covering the costs of transportation to and from the event venue.

Unconference: An unconference is a type of conference where the agenda is not pre-planned or set in stone. Instead, the participants themselves determine the topics and discussions that take place based on their interests, expertise, and ideas.

At an unconference, participants come together to share their knowledge, experiences, and ideas with each other. Instead of having a predetermined schedule, the event is structured around an open space format, where attendees suggest and lead sessions on topics they are passionate about. This approach fosters collaboration, innovation, and creativity, as it allows for unexpected connections and interactions to occur.

Overall, the goal of an unconference is to create a collaborative and inclusive environment where all participants have the opportunity to learn from each other and contribute to the conversation.
