We’re launching the Tech Leadership Development Cohort (Feb 2026) -a 6–12 month, full-time opportunity to work hands-on with a nonprofit, leading priorities like data systems, AI use cases, and digital transformation.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, receive mentorship, and be part of a peer group making the same shift.

Stipend:
₹1.5L/month (up to 8 years of experience)
₹2L/month (8+ years of experience)

By the end of the engagement, you’ll have worked closely with an NGO, seen how the sector operates day to day, and gained a clear sense of whether this is the right space for you.
