I joined Tech4Dev and was immediately whisked off to the Neembadi sprint in Ahmedabad – my first step into the social sector. Honestly, I arrived worried about fitting in. That anxiety melted away before I even boarded the plane. Teammates at the airport took genuine interest in me, asking about my story and why I chose this path. To my surprise, this warmth echoed everywhere during the sprint. Soon, I was chatting freely with managers and former interviewers, forgetting hierarchies even existed. Open communication with leadership? Not something I was used to, but at Tech4Dev, it felt natural.

The sprint masterfully blended fun and focus. We’d dive into tough team discussions on our path forward, then switch to Garba night with everyone joining in. Work and play fused into one beautiful culture – and it’s held strong even a week into remote work. The dedication shines, paired with freedom to ask for help from anyone. The highlight? My team’s trust to jump in immediately. Thanks to Devi, I gave my first demo; with Vijay and Sushil, I tackled DPDP compliance – all backed by full support. No better onboarding exists: fun memories, key learnings, instant impact.
Neembadi wasn’t just a sprint; it was the perfect launch into Tech4Dev. I can’t wait to keep building here.
