Approximately 9 months ago, a collaboration between Project Tech4Dev, the Agency Fund, and NGOs took place in India and Africa. The event in Naivasha, Kenya was an unconference that fostered open sharing and learning among the participants. The Bangalore, India sprint focused on two specific tracks: User Engagement and AI/LLM. The User Engagement track provided valuable insights and the AI/LLM track facilitated peer learning and knowledge sharing. The event concluded with an open happy hour for local NGOs. There were hits and misses in the event organization, prompting the need for improvements in future events. Overall, the experience provided fruitful learnings and valuable insights for future endeavors.
