Anusha’s Experience at the Dalgo Sprint

Nov 2025

This reflection is written by Anusha Vishwanath, Executive Assistant at Bhumi. She participated in Dalgo’s 3-day Sprint — a collaborative event where we bring together a few of our existing partner organizations to co-create, learn, and collaborate together.

Bhumi was onboarded onto the Dalgo platform just over a month before the sprint at Bangalore. Therefore, the time the team spent with the Dalgo team during the 2 days of the sprint was invaluable for us. There is no doubt that the 1:1 working time was helpful – our understanding of the platform improved dramatically. Through generous KT sessions, Ritabrata and Siddhant helped us become more independent and confident in the use of the tool.

What was even more encouraging, however, was watching the complete focus the Dalgo team had, on making sure all the attendees from NGOs felt supported, their requirements taken seriously. The approach is completely collaborative, and not at all prescriptive, which makes it very different from most software or services organisations. The team brought their expertise in terms of technology to the table, and generously advised all participants. However, they openly acknowledged the NGO representatives’ expertise in knowing their context and specific needs. It made us confident that the roadmap for the tool will be tailored to meeting our needs, diverse as they were.

We look forward to working with the Dalgo team, in helping us make our data speak for our work.

Bhumi joined the Dalgo community earlier this year as one of our partner organizations. Their mission is to drive social change by fostering an environment where young adults and children learn, lead, and thrive. Learn more about their work here.
