At Project Tech4Dev (T4D), we work closely with nonprofits, funders, and ecosystem partners to build technology solutions for the social sector. This February, we are collaborating with our partners to host three sessions in February; two of which are at the India AI Summit 2026.
If you are interested in how AI is being designed, tested, evaluated, and scaled within real public systems, we’d love for you to join us. Registrations are expected to close soon, so we recommend signing up at the registration link at the earliest.

Event 1: Demo Day – AI for Global Development Accelerator
Hosted by: The Agency Fund
📅 Thursday, 19 February 2026
⏰ 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Hotel The Royal Plaza, New Delhi
In 2025, OpenAI, The Agency Fund, and the Center for Global Development ran a year-long accelerator supporting nonprofits building AI tools embedded within public service delivery systems. Eight organisations across health, education, and agriculture worked through quarterly sprints to design, test, and deploy AI solutions in live program settings.
At the Demo Day, organisations will share:
- The AI products they built and deployed
- What worked (and didn’t) in real-world pilots
- What’s ready for funding, iteration, or evaluation
Presenting organisations include: Rocket Learning, Jacaranda Health, Noora Health, Reach Digital Health, Digital Green, Precision Development, Youth Impact, and Udhyam. The evening will conclude with a happy hour for informal conversations and networking.
Event 2: Why Evaluations Matter – Strengthening AI for the Social Sector
Hosted by: Tattle × Project Tech4Dev × The Agency Fund
📅 Monday, 16 February 2026
⏰ 2:30 PM – 3:25 PM
📍 Room 14, Bharat Mandapam
As AI adoption grows across the social sector, evaluation is no longer optional. This session focuses on why strong, context-aware AI evaluations are critical to protecting vulnerable users, improving system performance, and ensuring positive social outcomes. The discussion will highlight how culturally responsive and cost-effective evaluation methods can make AI systems safer and more reliable.
Event 3: How Nonprofits Are Using AI-Based Innovations to Scale Their Impact
Hosted by: Sattva × Project Tech4Dev
📅 Thursday, 20 February 2026
⏰ 11:30 AM – 12:25 PM
📍 West Wing, Room 4B, Bharat Mandapam
This panel draws on learnings from Tech4Dev’s 6-month AI Cohort Program, where seven NGOs worked on real AI use cases. NGOs, funders, and ecosystem leaders will reflect on why the cohort was created, what it took to move from experimentation to deployment, and what others in the sector can learn from this journey.
